In Nousiainen, sport is a way of life. The municipality offers a wide range of sports, from gyms to ball games. Equally, popular skiing and mountain biking trails get your heart rate up. One of the municipality's big dreams came true in 2021, when the Nouste Arena sports and events hall was completed. In just a few years, the arena has become the heart of sport in the entire region.
