Residents of Riviera can conveniently get to Turku in just a few minutes, either by their own car or regular buses.

Tammenahjo school offers lessons for 1st to 2nd graders, and the nearest middle school is at cycling distance from the center of Masku. The nearest secondary schools are located in Nousiainen and Raisio.

This is where the Kareva loop, part of the Kuhankuono hiking trail, starts. It offers up to 12 km of hiking trails surrounded by swamps and forest forests. In winter, the Riviera area also has more than 3 km of lighted ski slopes.

The area also has, among other things, a frisbee golf course and a beach volleyball court. The Kankainen golf park delights golf enthusiasts right next to Riviera in the Piuha-Pirttimäki area. The Elovena arena, the sports centers and Jarkko Nieminen's tennis courts in the center of Masku also provide an important framework for various activities. Furthermore, Masku's entertaining summer theater also operates in the Riviera area.
