St. Henry’s medieval Cathedral was built in the 15th century, but there’s evidence of an earlier structure underneath. The Cathedral is a point of interest for tourists and locals alike. Did you know that the Cathedral has a limestone black sarcophagus with engravings that describe St. Henry’s life? There’s an active land association in Nousiainen, which maintains the Nousiainen homeland museum.
