Lounatuuli - Asuntomessut 2022

Lounatuuli is located at the magnificent Luonnonmaa island. In the island, the residents find themselves enjoying these outspokenly serene surroundings, yet being only 5 kilometers away from the center of Naantali. Turku region's public transport Föli operates in the area and takes passengers to Naantali center for services just as swiftly as to the invigorating archipelago for outdoor activities. To reach further, it takes about half an hour to the center of Turku.

While building the Housing Fair neighborhood Lounatuuli, the richness of the archipelago nature and the rocky landscapes have served as the key sources of inspiration. This unique neighborhood, with its peaceful yet windswept scenery, has several green patches and a convenience store, as well as a playground, a kindergarten and a school for the younger ones in the family. Lounatuuli neighborhood stretches to the seaside where a boat harbor and a park invites residents to enjoy and unwind.

The history of the area reaches all the way to the Medieval times when traditional village life set its roots here. Today, the residents have a lot to choose from the modern-day activities. For example, the popular Kultaranta Golf and the appealing services of Kultaranta Resort are close. Nature trails are only a short step away – for instance the Kultaranta Kuru nature trail offers invigorating walks within a few kilometers. Not to mention the harbor, which will serve the ones inspired by boats of any kinds. The surrounding areas of Lounatuuli are under development too, which will amplify the services even more in the near future.

The Finnish Housing Fair was held here in the summer 2022. The area of 20 hectares provides different types of housing such apartments, vacation homes, and approximately 20 detached houses. Lounatuuli is a unique neighborhood in this part of the country, where its residents can choose to slow down and unwind or get active along the shoreline.
